Return & Exchange Policy — Haseens

At Haseens, every order is packed with care and quality. We encourage you to read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Local Orders (Within Pakistan)

Exchange Policy:

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

• Size exchange — If the size does not fit, we will arrange a size exchange for the same outfit, subject to availability.
• Defective or damaged item — If the article arrives with a major stitching fault, visible stain, or manufacturing defect.

Exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, personal preference, or dislike.

All items must be returned unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

Refund Policy:

Refunds are processed within 7 days of delivery and are only applicable in the following cases:

• The item is defective or damaged and cannot be replaced.
• An incorrect or missing item was delivered due to our error.

Please Note:

• Refunds are not applicable for size issues, change of mind, dislike, or sale items.
• All returns are subject to inspection by our team before a refund is approved and processed.

International Orders

Exchange Policy:

Due to logistical constraints, exchanges are not available on international orders.

Refund Policy:

Refunds on international orders are only considered in exceptional cases:

· The item arrived damaged or defective.

· A wrong or missing item was delivered.

In such cases, a partial refund of up to 30% of the product value may be issued, subject to management review. Photographic or video evidence of the issue is required to initiate the process.
